Emma and David fell for one another during a night out in Central London. Having initially met online, their first date was a lengthy affair, lasting twelve hours as neither party wanted to go home!
Three years and many more long dates later, Emma was sent on a treasure hunt by David. Starting at their London home the treasure hunt ended at the top of Hampstead Heath where David got down on one knee and popped the question. Having proposed using a yellow plastic heart shaped ring, the couple went together to choose a beautiful sparkler for Emma’s ring finger from Hirsh, Hatton Garden.
The couple spent the next eight months basking in newly-engaged glory before Emma was found walking down the aisle to Pachelbel’s Canon on the arm of her Father. Vows were taken, popular hymns ‘Thine be the Glory’, ‘Seek ye first’ and ‘God is Love’ were sung and readings were give by a bridesmaid and usher.
