Damian walked in to Edwards Bar in Richmond one evening and laid eyes on the beautiful Ellie who was serving drinks behind the counter. Every weekend after they had met, Damian came to the bar with his friend to try and strike conversation with Ellie. His magic worked and the young pair soon became a couple.
Damian proposed to Ellie after 5 years, with a ring that they had bought as a couple whilst on holiday in South Africa. After having been disappointed with the performance of his initial proposal in a restaurant, Damian took Ellie to Franschhoek, where the couple stayed in a beautiful apartment overlooking the river. After dinner they took a blanket out on to their balcony, and whilst sharing a bottle of wine and staring up at the stars, Damian asked Ellie to be his wife. Their engagement was official and they spent the next 2 years planning their amazing wedding.
