Claire and Phil went together in search of groomswear hire. They found the best quality suits in an independent shop in Norwich called John Field. Since Phil’s brother Anthony, who was also his best man, lives a five hour drive away in Cardiff, his suit measurements were taken over the phone to make things easier.
The couple decided from an early stage that their bridesmaids would have to be their 2 year old daughter Bella and Phil’s nine year old daughter Emily. Emily was insistent that she wanted to wear lavender and purple, although Claire had decided that the wedding colours would be fuchsia and purple. Claire was won over when she saw the lavender colour satin dress with purple sash and flowers from the internet company Light in the Box and the determined nine year old got her way! Claire and Phil had their six nieces as flower girls and they all wore fuchsia coloured dresses.
