After 2 years of dating Claire and Mark went on a skiing holiday to Banff in Canada. At the top of a mountain and in minus 25 degree weather Mark got down on one knee and produced a half carat princess cut white gold diamond ring whilst asking Claire to marry him.
The proposal had not been planned or even spoken about in the past but Claire instantly said ‘YES’ to Mark’s proposal and they spent the rest of the day skiing down the mountains drinking champagne out of a bottle that Mark had secretly brought along in his backpack.
