Dan proposed to Charlie after nine happy years together. He got down on one knee outside King’s College, Cambridge, on a picturesque bridge overlooking the punts on the river. ‘A very Cambridge proposal’, Charlie remarked! Charlie and Dan chose the engagement ring together so she could pick something special that she really loved.
The happy couple were then engaged for a year before tying the knot on the tenth anniversary of when they first got together. Charlie and Dan held both their wedding ceremony and reception at the beautiful Anstey Hall in Trumpington, Cambridgeshire, surrounded by 100 members of their family and close friends.
