After 13 years together, Angela and Shaun got engaged at Christmas time. They wanted to have a winter wedding so that gave them 12 months of careful planning to organise the perfect day. They chose the engagement ring together and picked out a yellow-gold ring with a flower cluster of diamonds that had a timeless and vintage feel.
The wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Woodlands Country House Hotel in Somerset. Angela and Shaun picked this venue as it suited their intimate wedding perfectly. It felt grand enough for the ceremony yet was still warm and welcoming. They wanted the wedding theme to be dramatic and glamorous so went for a black and white theme with touches of magenta and of course lots and lots of crystals!
The day was captured by Floss of Florence Morris Photography who Angela and Shaun describe as ‘an incredible photographer and wonderful person’.
