Andrew took Abigail out to their favourite restaurant for a lovely meal and Abigail proceeded to have an argument with Andrew about not got engaged yet after having been together for so long! All the time Andrew had the ring in his pocket. When they arrived home to their new house with their new kitten Andrew got down on one knee in the kitchen and asked Abigail to marry him. Abigail felt terrible about the argument but it was the biggest surprise ever!
Abigail and Andrew got engaged on April 3rd 2008 and were married the following March so planned their wedding in just 11 months. Andrew had the engagement ring made himself but Abigail had dropped hints over the years about what she liked. Needless to say, the ring was perfect.
