Vasilias has a long history. From olden times it has accommodated travelers and merchants going to Paphos.
A beautiful traditional Cypriot tavern, located in an elevated position, amongst orange and olive groves with panoramic views of hills and the sea. A peaceful and secluded setting for your wedding day. Offered to you on an Exclusive use basis.
Vasilias is named after the king of Nikoklis, he was the last king of Paphos in 320BC. Tradition says that King Nikoklis had his palace in the local village of Nikoklis, so Vasilias was born, translated meaning ‘King’ - so you know on your wedding day you will be treated like royalty.
Facilities at Vasilias Weddings
All accommodation at Vasilias is offered to the wedding party for your exclusive use on the wedding night and the night before. However as the guest rooms can be booked by other visitors well in advance, we recommend that you book the accommodation at Vasilias as early as possible.
All rooms are en-suite with tea and coffee facilities and TVs. The Bridal Suite, with a beautiful four poster bed and wonderful views, is offered to the bride and groom for the wedding night. For all overnight guests, breakfast is included in the room price.
