Privacy and exclusivity have been the defining characteristics of Hôtel Le Toiny since it opened in 1992 on St. Barts’ most private and underdeveloped southeastern coast. The 15 pastel-colored bungalows, called Villa Suites , are set on a gentle slope overlooking an island lagoon and the Caribbean Sea. Each is surrounded by vegetation, has its own gated entrance and a red mailbox flag that serves as a “Do Not Disturb” sign.

From luxurious interior accommodations decorated in a fresh, vibrant French Colonial style, guests can step from any one of their three glass bay doors and be immediately on their outdoor patio, complete with a private swimming pool and patio furnishings.

Hôtel Le Toiny’s Serenity Spa Cottage offers a delightful respite for pampering treatments, where guests can be immersed in a therapeutic and sensory provoking experience. Guests can indulge in these treatments in the spa cottage or in the privacy of their Villa Suite. With the clear blue ocean beckoning, guests also have the option of a variety of outdoor activities including snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and deep sea fishing, or a romantic walk along a private beach.

Hôtel Le Toiny also offers delectable options for a romantic evening out at their stylish Le Gaïac restaurant, with its roofed open-air terrace that overlooks the ocean and an infinity pool. Executive Chef Stéphane Mazières masterfully plates inspired French cuisine with native Creole accents.

Snorkeling or underwater adventures

This is an inescapable activity in Saint Barthelemy. You can discover and observe the sea bed by swimming on the surface of the water. All the equipment (mask, finn and snorkel) is provided within your Villa Suite. At any beach of your choice, you can see the coral reefs as well as numerous tropical fish and tortoises just a few inches under the turquoise water.

Surfing at Toiny

Le Toiny is one of the most appreciated surfing spots on the Island. Waves are present almost all year round and offer some great surf sessions from sunrise to sunset. For our guests we have at disposal a long board of 9’0”, a 7’3”, as well an SUP Paddle Board.

It is only possible to get married in Saint Barths if you carry a French citizenship. However it is quite popular to come to the Island for a spiritual reunion ceremony. We are happy to plan and arrange this special celebration for you whether it is a wedding ceremony or a very special honeymoon.

Attention to detail will be our promise whether you choose a marriage in the church of Gustavia or a celebration on our beach. A Creole ceremony under the sun or the moonlight, around a bonfire or in the intimacy of your own Villa. We will endeavour to make your day an unforgettable one.
