An intimate and independent 10-room, eco-chic hideaway nestled in 6½ acres of lush organic tropical gardens and trees on a hillside outside Port Antonio, Jamaica. With its many personal flourishes and original artwork, this informal laid-back hotel combines a contemporary, relaxed atmosphere with an old fashioned traditional charm that instantly allows guests to feel at ease.
Guests can enjoy a unique environmentally-friendly setting in an intimate boutique accommodation. The wide open areas offer spectacular views and allow guests to enjoy the simple pleasures of life: breathtaking sunsets, flitting hummingbirds in the garden, nature’s natural concert at night accompanied by glimmering fireflies whilst sitting in the hotel’s bar, and an award winning restaurant that serves great ‘slow food’, most of which has been locally sourced. We have kept the character of a home: there is no formal reception or concierge desk.
We are there for our guests in an informal way to maintain that laidback, homey atmosphere with many personal touches. Being owner-operated the welcome is cordial, the service friendly and requests by guests, no matter how trivial, are met with a personal touch. The owners are always happy to offer useful insights into the arts, culture and sights of Jamaica, especially when partaking in the complimentary Afternoon Tea on the hotel terrace every day. It is all about an authentic experience. Our philosophy is founded on simple, laid back elegance and authenticity.

The cool blue & white colours inspire a sense of calm and relaxation. There is enough space to unwind and relax and the handmade amenities made from natural materials ensure your comfort and wellbeing. All our rooms are designed with simple elegance, yet never at the expense of warmth and comfort. Spacious rooms with comfortable reading areas and comfy chairs allow our guests to enjoy the relaxing time they have been looking forward to.
