Located at Fazenda Boa Vista, in a rural area of São Paulo state, less than 100 km (60 miles) From São Paulo city, and accessed by one of brazil’s best highways (rodovia castello branco), Hotel Fasano Boa Vista is the first country resort with the Fasano brand in Brazil. At the Fazenda Boa Vista, nature has the leading role. It has 15 lakes and over 2.4 million square Meters (600 acres) of thick preserved old-growth forest, plus planted woods and gardens that are carefully integrated to existent and planned buildings in the property. Instead of Streets, there are alleys with trees over 50 years old.
The project already has the villas Fasano and a restaurant. The hotel, designed by renowned Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, Brings all the comfort, elegance and sophistication of the Fasano brand to the relaxed setting of the countryside. The service excellence, fully integrated to nature, and the countryside’s easy-going ambience are combined with the comfort and sophistication of the brand led by restaurateur and hotelier Rogério Fasano.
The hotel welcomes its guests in a cozy, peaceful atmosphere, in a setting of wood and green. The hotel’s grand balconies, with a privileged view to the lakes, is the main stage of the project, which boasts 39 rooms – including 12 duplex suites with a fireplace, always prioritizing visual contact with local nature and landscaping. In the ground floor rooms, for instance, the balconies provide direct access to the farm grounds, truly inviting for a stroll.
As a trademark of all Fasano hotels, little amenities and details that make a difference are present in the impeccable service. Housekeeping ensures that rooms are cleaned and tidied up,Butlers are available to pack and unpack luggage, and the concierge are there to organize the day’s activities and cater for special requests. At guests’ service are also tennis courts, Golf course designed for international tournaments by Arnold Palmer (to be opened in 2012), Mini-farm, a kids club, equestrian centre and heliport with 6 helipads and a vip lounge. The swimming pool, already operating since last year, certainly remain one of the most popular leisure spots. All the facilities to enjoy a sunny day, with bar and restaurant service available, as well as a lobby bar – a railroad wagon from the 1930s that was nostalgically decorated to welcome guests for a perfect cocktail in the late afternoon.
Fasano’s tradition of over 100 years in gastronomy is one of the property’s great pluses with the hotel’s restaurant. Under the overall command of renowned chefs salvatore loi and Laurent suaudeau and the immediate direction of jorge bittencourt, the restaurant stands out for its simplicity and sophistication, where classic dishes from the Fasano brand restaurants are added by recipes created especially for Fasano Boa Vista. Quality products (some of them grown in the farm itself) and a wine cellar with a selection by sommelier manoel beato offer guests the best from both the city and the countryside. Field and sport: Fazenda Boa Vista is the only venture in Brazil with two 18-hole golf courses,Designed by Arnold Palmer design co. Hotel Fasano Boa Vista’s guests will have an equestrian Centre, designed by Isay Weinfeld, with 29 pickets and 230 stalls. Additionally, four circular Arenas and two polo fields are planned.
