Upon entering the gates of Bamboo Guest House one steps into a verdant, luxuriant forested oasis that regenerates and revitalises the soul. Inspiration, individuality, comfort and congeniality have all found a home at Bamboo. Truly more than a Guesthouse, a magical hideaway!
Kick start your day with a sumptuous breakfast on the deck overlooking our very own patch of original Knysna forest. Homemade muffins and muesli as well as fresh fruit salad and yoghurt are on offer at our cold buffet table. Guests may select hot dishes from our menu – omelettes, full English breakfast, eggs Benedict, French toast and an assortment of pancakes. We source local produce as much as possible – farm fresh eggs delivered daily, numerous vegetables from our own garden.
Dinner is available by prior arrangement. A very popular dinner option is a traditional braai or barbecue on the deck.....a true South African feast. Our honeymooners enjoy the option of a three course meal served in front of the open wood burning fire in the comfort of their Honeymoon Loft Suite.

Few occasions in life are as memorable or as romantic as one’s honeymoon – and Bamboo is just the place where newlyweds can enjoy a special, relaxed and intimate stay. Choose from our spacious loft honeymoon suite set in the forest canopy or our private honeymoon garden room.
Bamboo is currently offering a fabulous 4 night honeymoon package valid until the end of November 2011 as follows:
- Four nights accommodation for two in one of our special honeymoon rooms.
- Early check-in (13h00) and late check-out (12h00) on request.
- Fresh flowers, a chilled bottle of Cap Classique and gorgeous chocolate treats await you in your honeymoon room on arrival.
- An indulgent mid morning champagne breakfast in bed.
- All other breakfasts on our dining deck are included.
- A 30 minute Indian head massage and a 45 minute back, leg and neck massage for each of you in the privacy of your room.
