Marriage Requirements for Jamaica


The bride and groom must be resident for one working day before applying for a marriage licence
A marriage licence can be obtained from the Ministry of Justice and take up to 4 weeks to be processed
To apply for a licence you must also be able to state the full names of both your parents and produce your birth certificate showing the father's name
