H and I haven't a clue about babies.... never really been around them and none of my close friends have had them, or they have not lived local for me to pay attention to their development. I have been given lots of pregnancy books, which touch on new borns, but would like a book that is a general guide to babies and I could use to refer to, Had a quick look at this book in WH smith today and seemed pretty good, don't want to head down the route of Gina Ford type things until I know some basics

Morning All! Look I made it to the thread today! Been rubbish recently but I promise to improve! RKB- hope you can solve the mystery of the rabbits thumping so it doesn't affect your sleep too much! Stop showing off that you are just hitting size 10 hehe WH- if you are showing slightly earlier than most people like I was, am am quite big, it seems to be all anyone says! That and the 'are you sure there's only one in there' from everyone including strangers! I hope you get tennant

I'm planning to stay until 38+2. I dont get annual leave so am really keen to maximise the year off. I teach dance at secondary school so am in very physical job but hoping I get through it. I have 2 weeks off at xmas and then 1 week off for half term, I only then have 5 days to go after that so hoping i can waddle through. To be honest if there wasn't lesson observations planned for the week i'm leaving I may have pushed to stay another week. I'm still very active at the moment,

forgot my AFM! Nothing much to report, girlie is def a wiggler. Had a nice sunday lunch with family yesterday, and hubby maanaged to get first coat of hall painted. Worked out only have 60 working days left which has sent me into panic as so much to do before I hand over! eek
