I watched the first one and enjoyed it and then read about the guy chosen and found out he had a actor's profile. I didn't watch the next one and have been put off Derren Brown a bit now as a consequence. Though always when watching him, I never get the answers the audience pick up on, so not sure that we haven't been duped by him for a long time.

Buffyboo, how did you sit on that? You are strong, I would have been fuming at her. And to then all go in the same dress is very strange. Though your mother and other sister seem to recognise that. I don't get where some people get the cheek from - it is as if they did not get the wedding they wanted and seem to think they have a right then to make up everyone else's wedding or else they feel they are never getting married and get desperate through jealousy. I hope you get to sort it out

Throughout shopping for the wedding day, each time I go to Boots I find these new treatments I want to try but can't afford to before the wedding (well defnitely not now with one day to go woohoo). A wedding I attended last year, a few people commented afterwards that the bride was getting more glowing as time after her wedding increased and that she was taking much better care of herself (she had been a real tom boy before wedding and transformed to a very much girly girl). I can now understand

My venue is a hotel and actually asked us to bring our own cakes for the evening party but stressed that they could not have fresh cream. Lots of family did offer to bring their 'famous cakes' as with the great bake off as you will see above, a lot of your guests will get this sense of flattery and inclusion by being asked to make their famous this or that. My OH's best friend is lethal for this, he brings his chocolate cake to the opening of a door. Though if you want wording, I found

hehe I did realise today I have a strong dual weapon in regards to that particular family member, my FMIL and my BM (both of which she has never really met, except FMIL once). They are little firestarters who are very protective of me, so that realisation has helped a great deal today.

I am sorry that your OH is not being supportive. I have had to have people at my wedding I don't want there, including one at the top table that gave birth to me (I still have hope, I look for an adoption certificate everytime I am down). But there are ways you can highlight to people that they are not wanted. For instance, I have had to invite a couple that are my father's best friends. They don't approve of my marriage as they are born again christians, and I am having a civil ceremony
