I've been wondering too. I just tried to copy a pic into my testing reply above but it crashed on me, although the text still worked.
I upload my pics to Snapfish, then insert the image url in my posts.

Ahhh I guess this is why my flashes aren't working!

You can also upload to the photobucket app and insert the image url that way
