i was going to suggest croatia or cape verde. croatia is fab and the food is amazing, the views gorgeous and the weather lovely in the summer.
Cape verde might be a bit quiet for you though..
we have booked the sensatori sharm el sheikh hotel, its a 5* all inclusive so i would most deffinately recommend going there x HTH

I was just about to ask when you're going, thinking it might have been before me, but just seen your ticker so not for a while yet! We really wanted to go here but the room type we wanted was fully booked up so we're staying at one of their sister hotels now instead!
