So I know that its generally accepted that first babies are late and that the average pregnancy is 41 weeks not 40 but just wondered whether hitched followed this pattern?
I am currently 38 weeks and working on the basis the baby will end up being induced but you never know!!

Ok so having looked at the replies so far 44% of hitched babies were born on or before their due date
23% were up to 7 days late and 32% were over 7 days late so I guess we don't follow the average!!
FINAL RESULTS:
13% were less than 38 weeks
21% were between 38 weeks and 39+6
10% were due date babies
17% were born between 40+1 and 40+6
27% were born between 40+7 and 40+13
12% were born at 40+14 or later (am hoping that I am not one of these!!)
