  • invoking the law of sod- updated many hands needed.

just attempting to invoke the law of sod. Af is late by about 5 days no sign, probably just a post m/c blip am sure I am not pregnant but due to a few symptoms I have the complete lack of af signs I possibly could be. Am absolutely terrified if I am pregnant as pregnancy is very frightening place to be that seems to always end in sadness. So some please show up af vibes or some be very brave and test vibes please. I won't test though for a few more days.

Thought that even posting this might bring on af!

    Thanks

    Quickly nipping on from work

So I tested this morning and it was positive -very positive. Spoke with consultant have low dose Aspirin and cyclogest to use. Am more scared than I have ever been. Have scan booked for 18th March. Good news is my genetics came back negative.

Will hopefully get back on later today, but thought it would be rude not to update you after all your kind messages yeserday.

Okay, I'll help you invoke it, and hold your hand. I empathise completely with pregnancy being a scary place, but when it happens (if it hasn't already this month) we'll be here to make it a bit less scary when we can x

Thank you, as much as I would love to be pregnant it seems almost a) too good to be true and b) bloody frightening. Am sure it a post miscarriage blip.

  • Re: invoking the law of sod

just been talking to my H, he thinks we should go out and get a test tomorrow morning before work and I should do it on Sunday, so that looks like a plan. If this is just a late af then mother nature is very cruel.

    Thanks for the hands

Oh RJ, I really hope you get some good news soon then.  Sending you lots of good vibes.

(I still like to regularly keep an eye out for any DTC'ers that were posting the same time that I was, before I was lucky to graduate.  I know how scary the thought of being pg is after having so many losses, as do many others on here.  We are all here to support you, and wish you all the best)
