  Contact Makes me so angry to read stories of brides being let down without a simple call or email to advise of the current situation.   Contact I'm not sure what Trading Standards might be able to do but worth a call anyway. They might already be aware of a problem with her and then they might take it more seriously. Even though you have some of the order it still hasn't been fulfilled so the contract hasn't been met.   Contact Hi All I have been following the posts regarding this company for a few days and have to say im really shocked, my sister used this company last year and they were fantastic she had no problems whatsover, so in Octobeer last year i contacted them to do my stationery, i have to say i have had no problems at all the communication has always been there apart from a couple of weeks where they were having some refurbishments, i recieved the first part of my order two weeks ago and have to say it was perfect the second arrived on friday and was the same. Im really sorry to hear you have had problems with them but i do know she had some new staff because i spoke to Louise last week (the new girl and i have to say she wasnt very helpful) I think that maybe she was telling you the truth and that unfortunatly your order was wrong because of this girl as after reading your post you said that some bits were good and some were bad maybe the bits that were bad were really made by the new girl. I know for a fact that the buisness is open and after you mentioned ebay i checked and they are registered at the same location. Maybe you should call her to find out what happened as from your post it seems that you hadnt called her yourself and that your Other half had. Just a suggestion Hopefully that might clear a few things up for you as she is really friendly. Laura x

I also think the smoke smell is more than just a minor issue. Also, trying to blame a poor employee... Quality Control?! Any reputable person should surely want to check things that people are sending out on their behalf?? Hope you get your refund
