I am, I did for a couple of months in 2008, but stopped because of various reasons. Now, we are starting in Feb/March again (have a wedding in Cyprus later on in the year that we can't miss) and just wondered if anyone had any tips for getting myself in good condition

yep, you're supposed to start taking it about three months before i think

Me! Plan is to start in March. We have a big holiday booked for the summer so can't start sooner. Been taking folic acid for about a month and am aiming to go swimming regularly from now on. Apart from that, I'm not doing much else. Might cut back on alcohol once we're actually trying.
Can't believe the time has nearly come - I've been lurking on BT since my wedding two and a half years ago! Think when we're actually TTCing I will find it quite scary too.

It was going to be July 2008, then September, then January 2009 was on the list, now I really dont know.
Maybe 2009, maybe 2010. Who knows. It is too big a decision

Me!!! Just got married 5 days ago, so I guess we've started....but I dont want to get all over obsessive (although I know I totally will!) We had been TTCING last year, but kinda stopped before the wedding....but now its all hands on deck (so to speak.....!!)
