Interview Question

What the others said - don't tell them what good customer service is, they know their business better than you,  show them you know by giving examples of specific situations.

Oh and show them verbally, not with letters.

And for God's sake don't give a ready prepared word for word answer. If you can't think on your feet with an answer in an interview, they won't rate your chances of performing in a passenger situation or in an emergency!

I would imagine that they would want specifics  - "there was this occasion where that happened so i did this to make it all better" rather than a lecture on what makes good customer service. I wouldn't think the letters would be necessary.

Thanks everyone for the input..I like the STAR thing, i`ve taken that to memory..
