recommendations to have my ring made pls ladies?

I am struggling to find a ring! This is what i have found and looks great with my ring and I really like

BUT! I want it without the sparkly bits! But unfortunately Goldsmiths can't do this for me so I need to find someone else to do it. but I would love if someone could recommend a place as I always prefer to go from word of mouth and don't really know where to look!

We went here - haven't got the ring yet, but ordered it.  They adjust them in store so it can match perfectly.  Whereabouts are you?  Might be some local recommendations.

Chrisholm Hunter and Fraser Hart do that ring without the sparkle but you're probably cheaper getting it made if you can get a recommendation for a local jeweller.

I have that ring with the sparkle and had it made by a jeweller in Glasgow for about half the price I'd seen it in high street chains.

Ohterwise, where are you based? As 123 said, I'm sure there will be local recs.

The one in Chrisholm Hunter looks great but there are no stores near me! I will keep them on the short list though as I could order online.

The one is Fraser Hart isn't so nice, and it seems in Blue Nile you can only make rings with diamonds in? is that right?

Had my engagement ring made from scratch at David Robinson.

My engagement ring and both our wedding rings were made by Karl Karter, he has a workshop in Hatton Garden.

Depending where you are in the country you could try either Hatton Garden or the Jewellery Quarter.  We've had our rings made at a fantastic place called Element Design.

My ER is from A&S Jewellers in HG and OH said they were great.

Loads of them in HG do bespoke orders though, so get quotes from a few and see what they come up with

btw that Karl Karter has some amazing designs!

We had our rings from the jewellery quarter too!!! I think it may have been Element - it sounds familiar - although it was 8 years ago. I saw a designer ring which I loved in the shop and the ringmaker said he could recreate a similar design. They were very helpful too.

The jewellery quarter in Birmingham is fantastic.

Can't stress how good the service was for both our wedding rings and my engagement ring. We're in Liverpool and did it all over the phone and email, first class they were.
