    Hiya,

We're having supplying wine on the table (think allowing half a bottle per person) and along with an arrival drink we will also have a champagne type thing for toasts.  The bar will also be open after the ceremony for those that dont want wine.

Ive been to a wedding where it was only dinner and a pay bar as they will trying to save money and I didnt think any less of it.

    Rach xx

We provided champers for reception drinks (until it ran out which was quite a few glasses per person).

PIL very kindly provided a free bar for the rest of the drinks reception.

We had at least half a bottle of wine per person for during the wedding breakfast.

We also had a glass of champagne for the toasts during the wedding breakfast.

We have got a drinks reception 2 glasses

Wine on the table still undecided on a bottle or half

    fizzy wine for toast drink

Then £20 per person for unlimitied drinks after the wedding breakfast till they drop! (guests are paying this unless we win the lottery between now and then!)

Our package includes tea, coffee and shortbread on arrival as it is a winter wedding.  Then a five course meal, with juice and water jugs on the tables (a paid bar at the back) then at the toast, sparkling wine will be provided to all guests.  Our package also includes two nights in bridal suite, all decoration of the room, a fairy light backdrop, buffet in the evening and a DJ for three hours at end of night.  I am delightd as it si a very nice hotel, one of the favourites me and OH have stayed in but is in an out of the way town but that town is the one i was born in.

We will have had Pimms in the drinks reception, will put a few bottles of wine on every table and each person will be given champagne for the speeches/toasts. We are also going to have the bar open as soon as possible for people who do not like the drink choices. (We will also be having non alcoholic drinks available too)

We have arrival drinks, wine on tables and sparkling wine for the toast. After that they can look after themselves! I would love to provide a free bar but we don't have the money and with over 30 rugby boys coming that might end in disaster
