Sunburn!

I sat in a pub's beer garden for about an hour today and managed to burn my nose scalp and chest!

it wasn't even that bloody hot!

my scalp is on fire

Oh no! I've caught it today but I was wearing cream, tut tut tut quackers! Can you put aftersun in your hair?? Or maybe cold water?

I always manage to burn my head as I've got a very thin patch at the top (H lovingly calls it my monks patch, thanks for that H) and so when it gets burned I stick after sun on it, then wash it out in the morning.

Wear a hat next time! You might have a touch of sunstroke too.

erm I didn't have cream on bad me I know! and aftersun will be on my scalp shortly!

and my factor 50 will be out!

I've had factor 50+ on today. Couldn't find my tablets though so still a little itchy, bah!

I also found my magicool spray so scalp will be good!

I'm allergic to sunlight so should take allergy tablets but I couldn't find them as I was in a rush to leave the house.. D'oh!

Ouch not nice.

Get some Aloe Vera Gel on it; soothes it straightaway, I always have some at home, as a redhead I have too :)

My hair is really fine do I always tend to burn my head a little, it really hurts when I brush my hair! Ouch. I feel your pain quackers.
