Mil is increasingly deteriorating so we are making lots of effort to do lots of family things all week and the weekend. Today the ils and bil sil and awful niece are coming for roast lamb dinner. I arranged with sil during the week and invited her for a roast lamb dinner, mil and fil know it's a roast lamb dinner (mils fave). H seen sil yesterday and said he's got a lovely leg of lamb for Sunday!!! They are coming at 3, is it rude to send a text and say that I fact bil doesn't fancy lamb can we do him a chicken breast instead?????? I'm furious!!!! H has said fine and is frantically searching the freezer for one! I think how f***ing rude! H has said that due to his mums very poor health then I've just to ignore anything that riles me and fine I won't say anything to keep the peace but FFS!!! I have a 3 year old who eats what we eat, I was brought up with you eat what everyone eats so I don't see why a 33 year old man can't cope with eating what we eat. He's never tried lamb doesn't like veg so he's coming for chicken and mashed potatoes (doesn't like any other potato
) now if sil or bil had said during the week when they were invited that he didn't like lamb then I'd have probably rethought what we would have and did chicken or something, had they said yesterday when h told them he'd bought lamb I'd have got a chicken breast out the freezer but to tell us just over an hour before they come arrrrrrrrrgh [and breathe]
and mil who is very ill (not confused) but in quite poor health told me today that I got quite a bit of grey hair at the side of my head

*update* well Theyv all gone, he ate the chicken breast. He said (at the dinner rable) he didn't fancy lamb at all, he's never tried it but knows he won't like it
niece also wanted chicken breast as she apparently doesn't
Like lamb either (sil made her try a bit and she enjoyed it!)
mil told sil about my grey hairs
I'm taking mil to st Anne's for the day tomorrow (best try to disguise the grey hairs!)
I have wine for the night!!!!!!
o also to those who have said about their hs not liking things, when h moved in with me he didn't like veg, fish or any cheese other than cheddar I just started putting veg on his plate if I was having veg and the sand with fish etc and he now eats anything! H was 25 and had only ever had breaded fish before!
