Playlist is finally finalised eeek 2 months to go !

Had a call today from registrar to confirm i needed 8 songs not 4 as originally thought so here is my playlist

What do you think? hoping i have a good mix of happy and upbeat but also songs that mean something, The carpenters one was one of my mums favourite i would have loved on top of the world but she chose it as her funeral song before she passed away so although fitting for the day would mean myself and my sisters would be in a right old state x

I'm thinking of having Lana Del Ray instrumental to come in to.

i would have had it with the words but it say's holy cow twice and in the pack it says no religous refernces at all so gone with the instramental i love the violins aaahhh x

I'm also scared about having any emotional songs because I cry at the slightest thing! I cried asking my bridesmaids!

i know what you mean, i cried asking my sisters if they were happy with that one song in particular, but the elbow one gave me goose bumps, im starting to feel excited now xx

More than Words - great choice! I'm going to add this to my list. I've got a violinist/pianist called Simon Jordan playing for me, and he's invited me to pick the music. lol

Love The Temptations and Jackie Wilson.  Lift me Higher is one of my all time fav songs.  

I liked the Carpenters one for walking out to, the words are really apt, but it was a bit slow, we wanted to 'up' the tempo throughout, starting with classical to walk in to but ending upbeat, to lift us all (rather than fading after the adrenalin of saying our vows), keep the momentum going and get us in the party mood!
