SO pleased for him as he works so hard and really deserves it. His contract ran out at the end of December but they extended until the end of August *while sorting things out* and have now made him a lecturer on a permenant contract. It's amazing - no advert, interview etc as they know how good he is. So happy as everything falls into place now and I can work P/T from Sept.
