  • OT - If you had £100 John Lewis vouchers....

    ... what would you buy?

Mr R is doing a Focus Group thing on Monday and he is giving me the vouchers he'll earn.

Lots of frivolous but fab baking stuff, the kind of stuff I would normally dismiss as far too expensive. Or some Molton Brown...

Shoes or makeup if they were mine alone, more Emma Bridgewater crockery if the vouchers were 'family' ones.

He said he wants me to spend them on me.

I mostly get joy out of buying things for Matilda...

I like the idea of shoes. We are going to a wedding in April so I could do with shoes for that...

There is a gorgeous Orla Kiely DAB radio I would treat myself to. Don't even listen to much radio but just would look really cool in my kitchen. Sorry don't know how to do links!

Ooh. How about some really nice/ posh bed sheets that you could never justify if you were paying with actual money!

    New purse

    Some clothes

    Towards new uggs

More fit flops for my hols

    Clothes for children

    Some leather gloves

There is a toaster I've been eyeing up since just after our wedding. It's £75 so H had absolutely vetoed me using our wedding vouchers to get it, but if I had free reign over any, that little beauty would be MINE. It's red and pretty and has a bagel toasting function!!! I NEED IT.

I got £175 John Lewis vouchers as part of my leaving present from work, and I dreamed of buying some treats for myself, but no, put my sensible head on and put it towards a nice rug for the lounge!  I'm a sucker.

We got 100 for Xmas and its still sitting on the side. I wanted to put it towards a Kitchen Aid mixer like Marley suggested above but H wasn't having any of it Laugh

We really should buy a dining table and chairs seeing as the leg fell off ours just before Xmas but its so boring. I like the idea of one of the lovely DAB radios!
