Morning all,
I'm considering joining Weightwatchers, but very scared of walking in a room full of people ( or am i just being silly lol ).
Would like to lose 2 or 3 stone by my wedding in December ?
I cant exercise much as i tore both my Achilles tendons in October last year, swimming is allowed but that's about it.
Is the plan easy to follow i work all day and sit at a desk ?
Any feedback would be gratefully received
