  • newbie with graphic question! sorry!

    Hi everyone!

I've moved over here from Wedding talk earlier this year.  Not really trying to concive, but have come off the pill on New Year eve so hoping my cycles settle down, just wanted to ask a quick question... in the last day or so I've hat lots of clear, egg white like discharge, lots more than just the normal Ive noticed in past- is this a sign of pregancy? Just wondered!!

Egg white cervical mucus is a sign that you are in the fertile time in your cycle not that you are pregnant - so if you want to get pregnant NOW is the time to dtd!!

egg white mucous is supposed to be the most fertile type - your mucous changes throughout your cycle to make it easier/harder for sperm to travel through, so when TTC seeing egg-white is a sign to get to it!

We should be experts on this A88 after all the discussions we have on it on TTC!

    Newbie that wasn't graphic!!

Glad to see I didn't make a bad impression then! haha.

It's just the first time I've been off the pill since I was 18 (now 29), so wasn't sure- thanks!

Was trying to google earlier, but really hard to get the answer you want with somethings, now I just need to keep checking the abbreviations and all the different posts in here.  I'll get there!  We'll see how it all goes, but like I said we are not really trying, as a couple we are both happy either way if successful or not, but you just like to know what is happening!  So we'll see what the future holds.......

Second what everyone else said about it meaning you're fertile, but I also had this from about 8dpo when I was pregnant and still have it today! Loads of it too! So, suppose it could mean that too! Good luck.
