Fairy Lights Hire Glasgow

Hello!  Has anyone hired and had set up fairy lights in the Glasgow area?  We are looking to create something like this (scroll about 2/3 down at this link: http://www.elementalweddings.co.uk/blog/michelle-dave-st-simons-parish-of-partick-the-glasgow-art-club/).  That is also our reception venue.  If you've hired fairy lights, can you pass along the name of the hire company?

I was later told by the Club that because of its new lighting rig, we can no longer have anything hung from it, including fairy lights.

We were told the same when I emailed the art club and asked if they knew what company had put them up.

Im a bit stuck now on lighting for the room because I wanted to make the lighting a bit softer. Are you married yet? What are you thinking?

I looked up paper lanterns but got quoted 1300 from one company and 2500 from another! Cant quite justify that!
