Easter 2012 brides???

Were getting married on Easter Sunday 2012! Anyone else getting married on the Easter weekend?

Not long now! :) How are your plans coming on?

Slowly apparantly!!! We have the venue booked but thats about all! Weve been visiting wedding fayres to get ideas and everyone keeps telling us were leaving things too late! Its over 5 months away! Should I be panicking? Hows far have you got with yours? We only decided to get married in October!

Sorry I've just read what you posted above - I wouldn't worry too much about plans so far, its amazing what you can get done in a small amount of time. Jobs on our list include flowers, cake, suits, invites....think most other things are more or less sorted (I think!!) Having hen do in Feb and main honeymoon in July. So excited!

We're getting married the Friday after Easter so not quite date twins but still in my Easter holidays so feels like Easter! I feel very disorganised everytime I come on here - which is a lot!

Easter is a busy time traditionally because of the holidays. So I would try to get things booked as sooner rather than later. Happy Planning! Good Luck

Lol weve gone from thinking we would have an easter theme, to not. I dont do decisions very well and Ive changed the colour theme 3 times so far! Whats eveyone else doing? x

I'm another Easter Saturday bride! Not having an Easter theme as such but having a egg hunt for the children and maybe mini eggs in little pails as favours.

I think I have everything pretty much in hand (I hope), hoping to send the invites out in the next week or so.  Just need to sort the cake, hair & make-up, bridesmaid shoes and favours.

Same as us, no real easter theme but we too are having an easter egg hunt for the kids/big kids!!

we're having our reception at home....garden party style...so will have an easter egg hunt for the children and some sort of easter craft table to keep them busy.

Im panicking after reading how organised everyone else is!!!! Booked the chair cover lady today, who will also do the centrepieces when we decide what we want, and made enquiries about photographer. Leaving bridesmaid dresses until after christmas, and got a rep from smooch? ring people coming next week. Seen a ring in goldsmiths, but wondering if i can get it any cheaper! Wheres everyone going for their hen do? Im TRYING to organise that this week as well! Suddenly it all seems real! EEEk x

ME!! I am really starting to panic that I won't have everything done, I won't have lost enough weight, I will forget something really important! I know I have the major things venue, registrar, groom, dress, suits, florist, invites etc but worried I won't be able to bring the day together. I am not the most organised so will probably be running around flapping two days before.
