*** Wednesday 3rd Trimester ***

Morning everyone! Gosh, baby brain! I nearly wrote 1st ti! Sometimes I cant believe Im here at this stage, its good to be reminded of how grateful I am!

to Jade, sorry I didn't get back to the thread last night, hope you are ok.

AFM -  Had the MW yesterday, all well. baby was 3/5th engaged which was what I wanted to hear even though I realised it doesn't really mean anything still. MW thought baby was back to back but I'm sure he turned last night as his bum was sticking right out. (Well I thought it was!!) All well though, still talking to me about where I am having my baby to either at the birthing centre or the hospital. Booked my 38 week appt so I really hope that will be my last one! I'm bouncing on my ball like a mad women, I really don't want to go overdue. but have this horrible feeling I will! Baby has to be here by 40 weeks!! Think I need to look up different things to try to get him moving! 

Raining here again, but only 3 more days until summer hols and ML(think theres a few of us leaving at the same time!). Sure its someone else's last day today so hope it goes well!

PJ – glad you mw appt went well, 3/5 engaged already sounds good, but no queue jumping please

AFM – off to the hospital this morning and hopefully will see a different dr to last time as she was useless (So obviously is the only one I’ve seen more than once!).  MW couldn’t tell which way round the baby was last week so advised me to put my bag in the car, in case they can do ECV today.  Baby was doing some really bizarre movements at the weekend so I am keeping everything crossed that it is head down again.

Assuming all is well at the hospital we’re off to look at double buggies again this afternoon (I’m starting to feel a little double buggied out tbh)and then picking my sister up from the airport after school as she is coming to stay tonight, which will be good as I haven’t seen her since may.

Morning ladies!

PJ glad your app went well. 3/5 engaged sounds good! E was 3/5 engaged at 31 weeks so you may have a little while yet, but it's still good that baby is in the right place. Have a look at the spinning babies website for tips on getting baby laying the best way. enjoy your last 3 days at work!

DC - Hope baby has turned and your app goes well today. What age gap will you have? We should have a 30 month gap and have got a double mountain buggy. I've used it for childminding and find it really good. Lots of people say I won't need a double by the time baby arrives, but E is so lazy when it comes to walking any distance!

AFM feeling okay. Sleep is a struggle as bump is very achy. Am generally feeling well in myself though despite the usual aches and pains of pregnancy.

Feeling very much in two minds about this new baby arriving. On one hand I've really excited and can't wait to meet it, but on the other I'm dreading the lack of sleep and trying to juggle two. I loved the newborn days with E and worried I won't enjoy it half as much this time around! 

Last official day at work today, very pleased to have reached today! My H is being pretty good at the moment and making sure I'm getting lots of rest and my work has been minimised considerably which is great. Last time around nothing had been sorted and I was sat invoicing the day we got out of hospital!

AFM, all very well here as I finish work today, wayhey!! I know Mrs Mc finishes this week too, hope your week is going quickly, and I know there's someone else too, but baby brain prevents me from remembering! Was a bit nervous yesterday as had MW appt last night, and I got taken into hospital on my last MW appt on my last day of work with E, so it was a bit of a milestone to get out of the way. But all was well, fab BP and no protein, so mext thing is growth scan next week, then to get past 35 week mark which is when the PE kicked in last time, but it's all looking good. Baby is measuring on the big side, so whilst that's a bit of an eek! moment finding that info out, it's really good news as E was quite small due to the PE, so a very good sign.

Not much else to report, am going to visit a lovely friend after work for lunch who I haven't seen for ages, and she always completely spoils me so am really looking forward to that, then home to let the nesting commence!

Morning all,sorry can't do personals at the mo because iam on my phone. Just wanted to say lambi,I know how your feeling about having a newborn & toddler & enjoying it,my Lo is 2 so still very much hard work & I feel guilty already about having to split myself in half to give them both attention & worried how I will cope. AFM didn't sleep great,Lo kept waking almost every hour,she's struggling with constipation & think maybe she has abit of tummy ache. I feel so sorry for her & hate seeing her in pain. Got a friend & her Lo girl coming for tea & a natter this am,then think I will relax this afternoon. Hope you all have a good day,baby out vibes to those that need them x

So jelous of  you who are finishing work this week i still have 4 weeks to go!  Everything ok just the usual pregnancy niggles but i did manage to get a half decent sleep last night by propping myself up.

PJ444 - Lucky you finishing work & fab news that baby is heading in the right direction.

daisychain - Hope everything goes ok at the hospital.

lambi - Know that feeling about juggling 2 i have been having those thoughts too over the last few weeks.

PJ fab about being 3/5ths engaged although E was from 24 weeks she arrived at 42 weeks lol! Have a good last few days at work!

 

DC - hope baby has moved, and that you get to go and sort the buggy out! Have fun with your sister.

lamb - enjoy your last day at work, the tiredness is awful isn't it!

CB - glad mw appt went well and it's looking good that the PE wont be arriving. I've had a few friends with it and they were told if it's the same father it's unlikely to get it second time round? don't know how true that is though.

Dooley  - Hope A is feeling better soon, E woke up in the middle of the night again last night.

PG - glad you got a decent nights sleep!

 

Afm It's My Last day today too :) roll on 4,15pm :) i slept awful last night just couldn't get comfortable at all so i'm exhausted today. Had MW appt as well yesterday  was the less the useless mw so wasn't a fab appointment but got to listen to babys heartbeat and record it too so that was good.

Got a busy one tonight really need to iron, wash and start packing as we are going away on Friday!

Oh so many of you finishing today.  I still have 2 more days to go.  I know I am working from home but do feel exhausted. In fact really feeling quite sick this morning.  No news from Scotsgirl this morning?   I wonder if this is a good sign.   Baby out vibes SG.  Hope everyone else has a nice day.

afm - sorry for my miserable post yesterday - but im feeling much better today- i have phoned work to tell them i wont be in tomorrow and feel hugely better knowing that, also off loading on the other post helped. i was speaking to another pregnant mum this morning and i think bookgirl was right re the huge shift in hormones at 30 weeks because this lady was saying she has lost control of her hormones the last couple days too and she is nearly 30weeks.

got my heartburn back today after about 4 days with none, had my first rubbish nights sleep last night too, but dont feel too tired today. have got much planned either, there is loads i need to do around the house but with H in bed after nights i cant really do a lot of it till later on.

im feeling really dizzy and sickly today and along with the heartburn, is what pushed me into calling in sick, but i hope it calms down cos i feel drunk.
