Just realised I didn't come back and update about my dr's appointment last week. The dr felt the lump and then because I had my period has asked me to come back in 2 weeks. She said she doesn't mess about with lumps and will probably be sending me to the hospital just to be on the safe side. It's probably just a fiberous (sp) lump and nothing to worry about. Thanks for your vibes.

I can't remember if I said on your original post but I had similar. The hospital scanned me and it turns out it was a cyst.

My cousin died of breast cancer nearly 6 years ago now when she was 25. It makes me think it's OK because it seems unbelieveable that it's anything sinister but then I guess she thought that as well.
AD glad the dc is being proactive, but thinks it's probably nothing. My sister had a similar thing a while back and it was hormonal - all fine, but best to get these things checked!

Glad you're GP is making sure you'll be checked out, I had a similar thing 3 years ago now and luckily it was nothing bad, but still very worrying, especially with what happened to your cousin x

Good that the doctor sounds pretty on to it and is proactive. As you say likely to be nothing but I know the waiting to hear can be hard
