Went to the gym last night and started on my new programme as I was getting extremely bored with the last one. I'm doing a split programme so was working my arms and upper abs yesterday and did about half hour CV, then I've got legs and lower abs tomorrow and another half hour of CV. My arms are a bit achey (sp?) today but on the whole I'm glad that I seem to be making progress [

I haven't seen much in the way of weight loss but my body shape seems to be changing so I'm trying to stay motivated.
