What phrase do you say most often to your husband?

Mine seems to be...

"Can you shut that door please?"

We live in a chilly house with storage heaters and not central heating. I spend all my time getting the living room lovely and cosy for him to leave either the kitchen door open or the door into the hall way open... sometimes both and all the heat goes rushing out of the room. I am starting to be not amused and looking forward to Monday when he goes back to work!

How bizarre that it was locked... I suspect naughty 9 month old who was on my knee when I was typing! Have managed to unlock it now!

In our house its my H telling me to shut the door of the lounge as he reckons there is a draught (that I can never feel!)

OH is such a scrooge when it comes to money, yet he insists on leaving all the lights on all the time! Yesterday I went in to our bathroom (the door had been shut) and the light had even been on in there! Drives me mad!

Most used phrase to my H...

"Do you have to?" 

and 2nd "can you p[lease stop winding me up"

"Is the bathroom light on for a reason?" 

Oh Rusty that's probably mine, as well. Seriously, how hard is it to turn off that flipping light.

Equal first with "Err....no." To pretty much every suggestion of what to feed Daniel!

There seems to be a theme here.  Mine are "SHUT THE DOOR!!" and "Turn the light off"  Doesn't matter how many times I say it though, it never sinks in!

Mine is either 'how long are you going to be' (as in get out the bloody bath and take your son so I can get down the  stables!)

or maybe 'SPRAY ROUND!!' (no need to explain that one!)

'could you pass me a...' with infinite possiblities! No matter how much I plan I always seem to sit with everythng just out of reach (drinks, books muslins etc) when bfing!!

Mine is "I told you that yesterday"

Mine is "Will you turn that down?" This can be applied to: Telly, stereo, hob, heating, fire, dimmer switch, phone volume, and sometimes even his voice! I think he's a bit deaf - he shouts over whatever appliance he's just turned up, and has everything MUCH louder than I have it, and I'm always a bit too hot whereas he's freezing 24/7!

(And my other favorite is "not in a minute, NOW!")
