can anyone tell mw hat age they used this up to?

A is 6 months but is now crawling. I can't leave her in the lounge with my other 2 whilst I cook dinner (can still see them!)  as they love lego at the moment and she can crawl and get the lego pieces. Kitchen floor is quarry stone so i don't like her crawling around in there and she throws herself out of bumbo so i need something to put her in whilst I cook! There is a jumperoo ending soon on the bay of e near me and was thinking about one of them?

But is it something that she'll only use for a little while or how long can they use them for? Or any other ideas much appreciated!

Thanks off to school pickup now so sorry if i don't reply but thank you!

I used mine from about 4 months to about 10 months when he started cruising and didn't want to be constrained, depends on when your LO starts trying to walk as right up until then D absolutely loved his.

C is now 8 months and he has been using his jumperoo from 5.5months. It is still his favourite thing in the world. He spends time in it every day sometimes up to 3-4x and never bores or tires of it. He is still on the lowest setting (but is a tall baby - and outgrown his 6-9 sleepsuits)

I think they can be used at least until a baby can walk, and C can't crawl yet so expect will get plenty more use out of it.

It has been one of the absolute best buys, I got one 2nd hand but would have paid the full £70-80 for one knowing just how much he loves it. Only caution is that i have heard some babies really don't enjoy them so may be worth letting your LO try one before you part with the cash. If the one on e*bay is reasonable price may be worth buying and reselling if he doesn't like it?

I bought our jumperoo off gumtree and it was a bargain! The girl who sold it to me, said her little girl used it to 18+months. Fraser loves it and is now 1 year. He is small for his age (9th percentile) but would imagine it will be used for months to come.

I remember thinking the same thing when I bought it. I wanted it to last for some time. Now having seen Fraser enjoy it so much, if he grows out of it now, I won't mind at all. Will probably sell it locally again when the time comes

    Hope this helps

Also meant to add, we have a bumbo too. It is still used often but F can get out of it. Normally ends up with him falling and landing on the wooden floor (and screams!). Always using jumperoo when cooking, etc.

G used her's til she was about 1. I followed their advice that she should be on tip toes when sat in seat, feet not flat on floor, so as soon as that happened & she was in highest setting, I put it away.

She used it daily from 5 mths & it was the best money we ever spent, it kept her entertained at different intervals throughout the day & allowed me to cook or put washing on etc.

P had one and used it from about 4/5 months until she could stand by herself (about 10 months) and she didn't want to be in it anymore.  It was fab though and she loved it.

I am a huge fan of the Jumperoo as it was a godsend for us. However, once Lily started being mobile (crawling and cruising), she started to protest at being contained. So we probably stopped using it at about 10 months.

We stopped using ours at 6 months because B was too tall for it and it was frightening how high he could get itSad However we got fab use out of it because he was tall enough and had fab head control we could use it from 8 weeks. Which now sounds amazing to me.
