Both are good. The real diet is the one that you control in your head. My wife has tried both and gets on better with WW, although without the right mindset, neither will work. My OH has lost 2 stone so far and I have mirrowed her diet and dropped 20lbs myself and now have a BMI of 23(and cholesterol level has dropped from 6.5 to 5.1) The real problem that we both previously had was the extras that we ate thoughout the day without realising the damage it was having.

Best wishes with the diet. It can be easy if you want it to be.

Well I do WW, firstly because there is no Slimming World here and secondly because I'm now a WW leader Big Smile

I think it depends on you which one would work best.  I like the variety of foods you can eat on WW and as long as you stick to your points it will work!

Thank you very much for both your replies

Yep, I really do 'pick'...so I'm dreading to see my a food diary and see what I actually eat!

Peter, that's amazing how well you and your wife have done! and Gryfon, I can't believe you've built up to being a leader now! Congratulations!

Think I'll give WW a go and see how I get on. Also really dreading the walk of shame onto the scales lol xx

    Good luck!

Getting on the scales at first is always scary, but then watching the numbers get lower and lower is always fantastic Big Smile
