That sounds pretty pants. Hope things improve soon. My list would be something along the lines of:
1. I have eaten and eaten all day and now feel pretty sick
2. I have procrastinated all day and haven't done the mound of work I have to do, whereas if I had just got on with it a lot of it would now be done
3. Tomorrow I have to post my divorce papers
4. I am skint from doing way too much retail therapy due to point 3
