We booked the date about 2 years ago and then put planning on the back burner cos we had to find a house before then! We only started planning about January-ish and only really seriously in the last month or so! So far I've got:
Photographer, hair and make-up, florist, cake, bridesmaid's dress, one half of my dress, 3 pairs of shoes(!), honeymoon booked, music almost chosen, first dance chosen (but not practised in the slightest and we really need to practise!)
The venue is doing all catering and we're doing the big planning meeting with them next Sunday. H2B has ordered his kilt and stuff. I felt sure I'd organised more than that but it all just escapes me whenever I try to pin it down on paper!
I'm making cloaks for my BM and FG (not started), making invitations and orders of service (not started) and lots of other things that I'm sure I've not started but should have! Still, it'll all make the run up to the day more exciting!
