[wave] Morning all,

Hope everyone is well.

I am good. Feeling much more reasured as felt the baby kicking quite a bit last night and this morning. I think I knew I was probably over-worrying all along but I couldn't help myself. Ever since the midwife made the comment to me about feeling at least 10 kicks a day or to call the labour ward, I think its just made me paranoid!

Today is the first day of my 11 days off work - hooray! H is working today so I plan to have a pretty chilled day although the weather is looking so gorgeous outside I might have a walk in to town later. Really looking forward to my time off work, H also has next week off so we are planning to have some nice days out together as well as get our house organised again after it being a complete mess for the last 8 months whilst we were having work done.

its a lovely sunny day [] H is at work this morning [] I have to take the kids to a party this afternoon which should be fun [] means i have to nip out this morning to get a present tho......

baby is very very active - wriggles and kicks all the time now [] kids haven't managed to catch it yet... they can't wait [laugh]

i need to get the washing out in a minute - lovely load of nappies to go in the sunshine [love]

Morning all!

Off out for lunch with friends, then off up to Birmingham to see the PIL. Tomorrow have christening in the morning, and will probably meet up with some old friends in the afternoon. Hopefully won't look too whale-esque.

Will be taking my shiny camera so if I get some good pictures I shall post them online.

You know, I am sat in the room under where our bedroom is. For a dog who only weighs 2.6 kilos, he is noisier on his feet than my 15 stone husband. [rotfl]

They live literally next to the QE hospital in Edgbaston. My MIL is always in the Touchwood... [laugh]

Good morning.

We are off to visit friends for the weekend. We were hoping to get the train instead of driving, but the timetable is a nightmare, so we are going to take the car. I hope my petrol lasts!

Our scan yesterday was fab. I posted some pics last night.
The wee monkey wouldn't lie still for long enough for the lady to get a decent shot of it's lower spine and it seems to be sitting right against my pelvis too. Good news is it means I need to go back again for another scan in 3 weeks, huzzah!

Casablanca, 11 days off work, lucky you. Glad you are feeling some kicks.

21 weeks today

Morning all []

Well, had a lovely day yesterday at Datington Cider Press with my sister, I love all the little shops. Today we're just planning to go up on the hoe and have a wander in town. Possibly meeting Laylolil for a coffee later as well.

Baby wasn't as active yesterday as it had been the day before but i'm just getting the odd tap and wriggle still and then it dissapears again.

I think my bump has grown huge amounts this week. I'll take a picture tomorrow.

Hope you are all OK.. The weather isn't looking too sunny here but I think it will brighten up soon! [8D] I'm going to get my hair and nails done in a bit.. Hoping that will make me feel a little less of a minger![laugh]

Totally O/T, but I'm well peed off.. I ordered 2 pairs of new shoes yesterday but stupidly forgot to change my address on my account so they are going to my old house.. I've e-mailed the company and they won't change the address and they won't cancel the order so I just have to trust that the people who live in my old house will 'Return to Sender' or I have lost 2 pairs of shoes.. Grrr!! [V] I really don't want to go knocking on their door!!

Casablanca: Glad you felt baby a bit more today.. My midwife doesn't say to count a certain number of kicks but just to worry if the baby's movement pattern changes drastically.. The baby doesn't know he has to kick 10 times a day!![laugh]

well - alexandra must be bored watching scooby doo so she has just struggled in with the box of duplo [laugh] she pushed it into the room huffing and puffing then pushed it up against the wall - she looked at me and said 'stuck' really sadly - i was [rotfl] so she sorted it out herself [laugh]

gah - really should feed the kids then get myself dressed.... nappies are in the drier for 10 minutes to fluff them before they go on the line....

Morning Ladies

Hope you are all well. I havent really been on hitched as much as usual recently. I havent posted on the 2nd tri thread for a good while I don't think.

We went for our 19 week scan on wednesday. It was amazing, she showed us one arm with all the fingers and thumb, then both feet with all toes. She did a good close up on the nose and mouth to check all was ok, it has a gorgeous button nose. Even as I am typing its sinking in a bit more that its my baby!

Having a BBQ with some friends! Yippeeee!!

Im still in quite a bit of pain in my groin and lower back. Walking is getting very painful now. But I guess there is nothing I can do. Baths dont really seem to soothe me#! But the baby likes them!

Baby seems happy to kick me all night long. My H has woken up in the night and felt him going mad in my belly.

Morning All!
How lovely to be able to post on the thread this early!
We are having a nice chilling weekend visiting relatives (including FIL for lunch tomorrow[weep]) but will be nice to spend so much time with hubby!
Baby did its biggest kick ever last night and I saw my tummy kick out - I loved it!! I think the bean was getting themselves comfy!
I have a really massive bump now and I love it!

Glad you have felt the baby kicking a lot more. The midwife has never mentioned to me about how many kicks, everyone is diferent aren't they so don't worry. Now the baby has 'kicked off'! I bet you will be feeling them like crazy all weekend!!Have a lovely time getting the house straight! I Know exactly how you feel but ours took 5 years!! Thats why I was really keen for Hubby to finish the nursery straight away -which he has!

dead jealous you are having your hair and nails done! I can hardly reach to give myself a pedicure anymore but as I am trying to save before I am off on maternity leave Hubby volunteered to paint them for me last night. He tried really hard bless him but they are so funny!! As he said, he is crap at cutting in when he paints walls let alone toe nails!!

Cant wait to see your bump picture! I have said to Hubby that we must take lots of piccies of me this weekend as I love having a bump and it wont be around for ever! Time can fly and then we will only have one photo of my bump!

Bet you will look fab at the christening and get loads of fuss because of your bump! If you are anything like me you will cry buckets when the little babies get baptised. When we went to a friends christening a few weeks ago the sight of the vicar holding all the little babies in their best clothes really set me off!!

Where is this sunshine everyone is going on about? I've got watery blue sky but no sun so far, ah well at least it isn't raining.

Boy bubs is still pretty active and his movements can be seen as they wobble my tum!
