    Morning Lovelies!

I am so tired this morning - Jack kept waking in the night with little cries....... maybe he was having nightmares about beig stabbed with needles after his injection yesterday.  He fell asleep before we left the house and I couldn't get him to wake up before the jab, but he soon woke up when the needle went into his thigh.  He had a bit of a shock.

My back/hip is pretty stiff and sore today - having to be careful how I move.  Feeling some strong movements, including what must be limbs poking through my tummy!

We're off to a wedding today - getting my hair trimmed and blow dried in a bit so I'll have nice hair.  Trouble is it's drizzly today and my hair is likely to curl!   Children aren't invited so we're Jack-free - he's being looked after by my MIL and SIL.  Not staying at the wedding late - too tired!  Still, looking foward to it.

    Hope everyone is well,

    Morning Wren!

Awww poor Jack - I hated taking Bratski for jabs, especially when he was little. Hope he gets over it soon .

I hope you r back sorts itself out soon as it can't be pleasant at all for you.Hug

Have fun at the wedding! What are you wearing, just out of interest? I have a wedding to go to when I will be 6.5 months pregnant, so I need some yummy mummy ideas!

As for me, again nothing much to report. Lots of lovely movement, bump is slowly growing every day - my favourite baggy jeans have now been banished till after the birth when I can hopefully fasten them back up!

Having a lovely girly lunch today, then going shopping. My friend is itching to get her paws on some H&M gear for Doozer - she has been wanting to shop there for months! I suppose I should be thankful she has to stay away from the Hello Kitty range there now! Honestly if this were a pink one, my friend would have gone into overload by now!Laugh

    Have a great day everyone!

    Morning all Wave

Wren - poor Jack, it can't be much fun having injections when you're so little. Enjoy your wedding (and being J free too!)

Katamari - I didn't know H&M do baby things, show how often I go shopping Laugh Your lunch and shopping trip sounds like a great idea, enjoy!

Well, I'm back from Northampton, but have to go away again tomorrow for 2 nights, might take my laptop for when I'm bored in a hotel though...

We were supposed to have an Ocado delivery last night but they rang to say they wouldn't be able to get to us before midnight, so I played the 'I'm 6 months pregnant, I can't stay up that late' card, so they are re-delivering this morning for free. Result! I am still in my PJs so I guess I should get dresed before they arrive. We're going to see Bruno tonight and generally chilling out this weekend

    Morning all!

Wren - oh poor J xx  Hope you have a lovely day today and your back/hip doesn't give you too much trouble.  And yay for little bubs poking away - wont be long until you can identify a foot or an elbow being pushed out!  Big Smile

Kat - Sounds like you have a lovely day planned.  Have fun (and I hope H&M survives your friend's rampage!!)  Wink

Nothing much going on with me - have some overtime again this weekend so that will be going straight into the pram fund!  Trying to get it out the way now so I'll be able to relax for the rest of the weekend.

Also, we've booked another private scan for the end of August - I'll be just over 19 weeks then.  My NHS one isn't until the end of September (I'm being consultant led and the consultant wants to conduct the scan) and I'm too impatient to wait that long!

Hope everyone has a lovely day!  I'll try and pop back and do further personals as I never seem to manage during the week.

    morning all!

Wren: I applaude you for coping with a baby whilst pregnant! I'm struggling to cope with the cats and their midnight antics let alone a child. Hope your back and hips ease and enjoy the wedding!

kat: morning! enjoy shopping and lunch!

Spam: hope the film is good - take a cushion! we went to the cinema last week and i was ridiculosly uncomfortable by the end of it!

kwango: yay for extra money, pants you have to work at the weekend tho!

me: well I'm 27 weeks today so should officially be going to big school but thought I'dstick with you guys for the weekend! Not much to report as usual. Hoping to relocate the lodgers stuff to the attic room today (its not big enough for a bedroom but fine for the few times he stays here these days) so I can start turning it into a nursery. Sproglet is doing fine, treating me as a puch bag, although not had as much the last few days - think (s)he is resting and growing if the tight skin on my stomach is anything to go by! Hips are giving me grief if I sleep too long still but had inspiration and going to try putting a thermarest under my side on the bed but not blown up entirely and see if that helps!

    Hugs all!

Popping back on to do some personals as I don't get to do them during the week anymore!

Spam - H&M do some adorable baby clothes, especially character clothing. Bratski adores their Spiderman/Disney stuff. Bravo on playing the PG card as well! Enjoy Bruno!

kwango - Can the NHS leave your anomaly scan that late? I thought it had to be done at around 20 weeks?

loobyg - Take it easy moving stuff today. I can't believe that theres another one off to 3rd Tri already. It feels like the wedding list over on WP, when you suddenly start moving up the pages and before you know it you are on page 1!Laugh I still have just over a month left yet on 2nd tri - 3rd tri seems AGES away!

On a side note, has anyone seen or heard from Mazzy? Haven't seen her for a couple of weeks and hope she's all right.

    Morning All

sorry no personals just now, as I am dashing on before I have to shoot out of the house. I just wanted to say hi to all and hope you are all well.

I'm  back from hols which were great but NOT restful as we were away with 7 other families and an array of children in all different shapes and sizes. Fun though.

Monkey was going mad last night and wriggling no end, but always seems to stop when H either looks or tries to feel - we clearly named it right! And woooooooooooo hooooooooooooooo, I finally made it to V-Day!!!!! Can't believe I got here.

Hello Kwango Wave Good idea about online shopping while away too. It can be a 'nice surprise' for my H Laugh Your scan at 19 weeks will be great. I had mine at 19+6 and you could see so much

Looby - I'll see you on the 3rd tri next week, but like you, I think I'll hang around the security blanket of 2nd tri for a bit longer.

I think Katamari has hit the nail on the head, there's loads of us who were all on WP at the same time who are now on the 2nd tri thread, it's quite comforting really Laugh

Spam have a lovely weekend and enjoy Bruno.

Kwango, I hope that work is very easy for you.

Looby take it easy today and have fun in the 3rd trimester

Smarties congratulations on getting to 24 weeks I am sure that H will get to feel the kicks soon.

Kat: no worries, I won't be moving anything - I don't feel right going through the belongings of H's friend - kinda scared of what I'll find! I'll be looking busy doing something else and measuring to see where the cot will fit etc!! Just hoping the sofa can stay in there - its a tight fit and a 2 person job to move it and, living in the middle of nowhere it'll be hard to find a helper, unless we accost the postman!

Smarties: Sproglet has eyes in the back of the head I think! As soon as H puts ahand on (s)he goes still but kicks the hell out of the cats if they sit on my lap! Seems to know when I'm looking to see if my stomach is moving too and stops! We've have a few mental moments when (s)he doesn't care who is watching/feeling though and they've been fab!

KMW: have fun at your mums!

thinking of meggy today, hope her scan goes well!

    Morning all

I'll just say hello to everyone this morning as I have a house to tidy before we set off home for the weekend and also a H to coax out of bed. He wasn't very happy with me last night because he was calling me fatty when we were lying in bed so I squirted a bottle of ice cold water over him, serves him right Laugh

I'm really looking forward to the wedding tomorrow, although I'm doing a reading in church so no doubt will get more nervous tomorrow morning. Planning on doing some baby shopping with my mum and MIL on Monday before we come back home, so I'm looking forward to that.

Hope everyone has a fabby weekend and Kat will text you later Big Smile

Duck24 - I've read that movements don't become consistent until after 28 weeks, so your not told to monitor movements until after then. at this point baby can still move about and get into a position where you can't feel the kicks, even if it still is being active.

Spam - it is rather strange with so many of us from WP. Hard to believe that in 2 weeks time it will be our 1st anniversary. Also quite sad to think that the out laws have kept their stupid "Kat put us in the wrong room on purpose" (I didnt!) vendetta going for almost as long now. Just think last year we were worrying about seating plans, dress fittings etc - actually compared to all that pregnancy is a breeze!ROTFL

kmw - my clothes have only held up till 5 months because I dropped a load of weight and became PG before I had a chance to splurge on new wardrobe! Have fun at your mothers and I cannot believe you are 18 weeks already - I remember you on TTC!

Duck24 - I tend to feel some movement every day, but I think they do go through quiet phases. As long as you are feeling something, I wouldn't overly worry. Have you tried drinking a really cold drink and having a prod round to see if you can give her a nudge?

    smarties - Congrats on Vday!

DDL - Have a lovely weekend and I am ROTFL at the bottle of water on your H.  I am sure you will be fine doing your reading! Will hear from you later!
