Forums for people who work in childcare?

Does anyone know any good forums for people who work with children?  I'm volunteering as a nursery assistant at the moment and eventually want to work with children full time (either as a Teaching Assistant or Nursery Nurse, not sure what yet).  I've Googled but some personal recommendations would be good.  Thanks in advance for any replies.

If you have a look on the TES (www.tes.co.uk) I *think* there might be a teaching assistants forum there.
