No internet access for the past 2 weeks. What have I missed?

Being away from the 'puter for "so long" has made me realise 2 things:

-I am a ridiculous internet (read Hitched and FB) addict...

-No internet access = cleaner house.

Busy busy getting ready for OH's surprise 40th on saturday, how I didn't blurt it out is a miracle!

We are going away for the week end in County Cork, where his dad has a family house. We go there a lot and he has lots of friends there. We will go for a casual drink in the local pub and Tahdah! Everybody will be there. including friends who live here in Dublin! He is totally clueless about it.

Oh I am still waiting for my money but the GP signed me off "work" which means that I am getting sick pay until further notice... So feeling a lot better!

Bump is big, and busy too!

Oooh I've got all excited just hearing about the suprise party, I love stuff like that!  It's fantastic and he'll have a great time.  Glad to hear you're getting some money although I can't believe you're still waiting for what you're owed, it's ridiculous

We're good thanks, I'm getting big too and quite uncomfortable tbh but it's for a good cause!  Got to have a GTT next week which I'm not so happy about.

PHB What is a GTT? Glad all is ok. I am uncomfortable too (30 weeks ) at the stage where I curse when I drop something on the ground. But Hey, that is how you get babies apparently!

I saw Sia's announcement today, I had a quick browse.

ETA Might not reply for a while, must get Louise to bed (about time too). Talk later...

GTT is a glucose tolerance test, can't eat or drink from 9pm the night before then blood test first thing, sugary drink and 2 hour wait and more bloods.  I'm at risk of gestational diabetes because I have PCOS

Ahhh yes, the not being able to bend down thing will be why my bedroom is a state
