Prince Albert of Monaco sets wedding date

Prince Albert II of Monaco and his fiancee Charlene Wittstock may be well underway with their
wedding planning as they have set a date for the big day.
The son of Prince Rainier III and actress Grace Kelly will walk down the aisle on July 8th 2011.
It will be a civil ceremony and there will also be a religious service to mark the occasion the following day, although the
wedding venue for this has not been finalised.
The 52-year-old prince met the former swimming champion when she won gold in a competition held in the principality in 2000.
Stephane Bern, who organises Monaco's annual high society ball, said: "This is a marriage of considerable importance. You can expect at least 2,000 journalists. Monaco inspires fascination in people's minds, it's a permanent dream factory."
Prince Albert succeeded his father to the throne in 2005.
Earlier this month, Peter Vidovic from Finalstitch.co.uk said many women like the rings their husbands-to-be choose because they appreciate the thought that has gone into them.
