Christine Bleakley sparks engagement rumours

Christine Bleakley has sparked rumours she and Frank Lampard are set to walk down the aisle and cut a wedding cake.

The TV presenter emerged from her boyfriend's home in London yesterday (June 29th) wearing a large ring on her wedding finger.

As she and the Chelsea and England player got into his Land Rover, she flashed her hand at waiting photographers and played with her hair, apparently showing off the sparkling piece of jewellery.

However, it may be a while longer before she dons a wedding dress, as a spokesperson revealed to the Daily Mail that Bleakley was simply having fun with the photographers.

"It's a ring of hers that she has worn loads of times before - she wore it for the Glamour Awards and even at the England-Germany game on Sunday," the official claimed.

England went crashing out of the World Cup when they were defeated 4-1 by Germany over the weekend, with Lampard scoring a controversial goal that was not given.
