Russell Brand and Katy Perry inviting fans to wedding?

Russell Brand and Katy Perry reportedly want some of their fans to be at their wedding venue.

According to the Daily Star, the duo plan to hold a competition so people can try and win an invite to their celebration.

Although the couple have tried to keep details about their nuptials – which it is thought could take place in October – a secret, fresh speculation continues to emerge.

Speaking to the newspaper, an insider said that although the idea of having a contest for people to win a wedding invitation started as a joke, Brand and Perry are now "really into the idea".

"They want to have a competition so true fans will have a shot at winning a seat at the wedding," the source added.

One person who kept the arrangements of her nuptials firmly under wraps is actress Gemma Arterton, as she managed to conceal most of the details about her marriage to Stefano Catelli from the press, the Daily Mirror reported.
