Sinitta 'wants to give Simon Cowell away at wedding'

The wedding of Britain's Got Talent and X Factor judge Simon Cowell could see the presenter's ex-girlfriend give him away.

Former pop star Sinitta, who went out with Cowell in the 1980s, has said that she does not think that he will go through with the marriage to makeup artist Mezhgan Hussainy, but would love to be on the wedding list if he does.

"I'd like to give him away. It would be sad though. I said before he got engaged that I never thought he would get married," she explained.

The singer added that it would be good if the two had children and she could be the godmother.

Star magazine recently speculated that Simon Cowell is planning to undergo a £100,000 makeover before the big day, including several rounds of Botox and fillers, so he can look as youthful as Hussainy, who is 14 years his younger.
