Chelsea Clinton tells Bill to lose weight for wedding

Chelsea Clinton may be busy planning her summer nuptials to Marc Mezvinsky, but it seems as though she is not too worried about losing weight to fit into her wedding dress.

Instead, she has asked her father Bill to lose 15 lb ahead of the big day.

Speaking at a fiscal summit in Washington recently, the former president revealed that his daughter does not think he is in a suitable shape to accompany her down the aisle.

He said: "You know, she told me the other day, she said, 'Dad, the only thing you gotta do is walk me down the aisle and you need to look good'."

It is thought that the wedding venue could be on Martha's Vineyard – an island off the coast of Massachusetts.

However, Chelsea may have a cast on her foot to accessorise her gown, as she recently broke her heel and has been pictured hobbling around on crutches.

In other celebrity wedding news, it has been rumoured that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt could get hitched after a source told OK! magazine that the pair are planning a low-key ceremony.
